Prices

Prices include VAT at the standard rate (17.5%) as well as postage and packing within the UK.

Colours

Colour replication on the banners shown are only a guide to the pantone colours on the finished banners. No colour can be exactly matched due to the limitations of colour reproduction on the web and the differences in different monitors.

Sizing and Layout

All banner sizes are quoted in feet. Within the banner will be incorporated a discreet footer with the legend "www.thebannerpeople.com".

Payment

Payment for the banners is done online via WorldPay. You can use Switch, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing, JCB and Mastercard.

All prices shown are in GBP - Great British Pounds.

Delivery

Banners will be delivered within 72 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery is on a next day service by our selected courier. We do not deliver on Saturdays.

Apologies but this service is currently available to UK-mainland customers only. If you are visiting from outside of the UK and wish to place an order please get in touch.

Returns & Refunds

We do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from the banner people. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives damaged we will make every effort to ensure a replacement arrives in time for your event so that you are happy with your banner.

We are proud of our work and want to make sure that it is of the highest quality. If, however, we make a mistake on your order then we will happily reprint the banner or refund your money. Mistakes while ordering can happen so please be very careful when submitting your order that you are happy with all of your details. These details can not be changed once an order has been received

If returning a banner please return it in the original packaging, unless badly damaged with a letter explaining the problem. Please use a recorded delivery service.

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your banner has not gone into production, we will cancel the order and refund your money.

Cancellations

If, for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order inform within 24 hours of placing the order. Please bear in mind that each banner is unique and individual to the person buying it so we cannot sell the product on again.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Copyright

The design of the site and the banners is the sole property of The Banner People. Any unauthorised reproduction of the designs or the website may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions in compliance with current UK & EU law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the service we offer and the banners you order. If however you are unsatisfied by any aspect of our service to you please get in contact and let us know so that we can endeavour to correct the problem.
